PT DAYACIPTA KEMASINDO is an integrated carton box manufacturer. We have 3 factories in indonesia (Tangerang, Cibitung and Karawang). For our growth, we need professional people to fill position as IT Officer.

IT OFFICER

JOB DESC

-          Configure, support and administer LAN/WAN/Desktop and applicaions

-          Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing, solving hardware / software faults.

-          Respond to user needs and questions regarding network access

-          Provision of advice and assistance in procurement of new IT equipment

-          Maintain and updated database and status of all computers, printers and others network / IT devices

-          Handling users complaint and troubleshooting for hard ware’s and soft wares and identify problem root cause, provide corrective action plan and the resolutions within reasonable response time.



QUALIFICATION

-          Bachelor degree in information technology from reputable university

-          Minimum 2 years experiences as IT staff or equivalent in manufacturing  company

-          Strong basic trouble shooting PC, Server and LAN

-          Must be able to identify problem root cause, provide corrective action plan and the resolutions within reasonable response time with good analytical and problem solving skills

-          Have a good analytical, problem solving, solid communication & strong follow-up skill

-          A self-starter attitude, team Player, adaptability to change and have a good customer service oriented.

-          Willing to be placed in cibitung area
